The foundries are located in India and China and is TS 16949 certificated. The combined production capacity of these manufacturing families are 60,000 MT.

Castings are produced on a DISAMATIC high molding production line with, George Fisher converter process and an auto-pour system enabling us to produce 800 molds per hour at a consistent temperature and flow rate.

The foundries are equipped with metallurgical and metrological testing facilities and have their own pattern, mold and core design and manufacturing capabilities with various types of state-of-the-art simulating software, vertical machining centers and other SPMs. This enables the production of steering knuckles and brake disc/brake drum machining.
