IPI also has cold forging facilities that can manufacture products range from 0.010 Kgs to 2 Kgs in raw as well as fully machined conditions. This facility is capable of producing the cold headed fasteners as well. The fasteners are produced on state-of-the-art cold heading SAKAMURA machine with high productivity and accuracy.

This production facility is fully equipped with complete heat treatment facilities, metallurgical and metrological testing facilities, and is supported by a tooling manufacturing department. It also has a fully operational machine shop that has center-less grinders and thread rolling machines for the entire range of fastener items.
