ISO 9001:2000

Forgings are produced in India, China, and Taiwan on various hammers, presses and horizontal upseters in carbon, alloy and stainless steels. All Forging facilities are ISO 9000:2000 and QS 9000 certified and working towards TS 16949 certification. The hammers range from ½ Ton to 16 Tons and our presses range from 250 Tons to 4000 Tons with upseters up to 6” diameters.

The Cold Forging facilities products range from 4 ounces to 5 lbs and include cold headed fasteners.

All Forging plants are equipped with electric induction furnaces, heat treat facilities, and metallurgical & metrological testing facilities. All tooling is produced in house on vertical machining centers, CNCs and EDMs.

Two of our forging facilities have fully equipped machining facilities which include CNCs, VCMs, robotic drills, broaching machines, boring machines and special purpose machines (SPMs).
